New Flexible Booking Terms for 2021 and 2022

Booking deposit of $250 – $500, fully refundable up to 45 days prior to the commencement of tour.
Final payment of balance is due 30 days prior to tour. 15 days prior to tour, 50% refund. Less than 15 days prior to tour not eligible for refund.
Insiders Tours strongly recommends travel protection/insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
Due to airline suspensions and changes of flights, we strongly suggest choosing flexible flight option.
Price may increase closer to tour and are depending upon international currency fluctuations.-

Day One

Bon voyage! You will be departing the United States on an overnight flight to Athens.

In order to maximize flexibility, the cost of the tour does not include flights. You will purchase your flight separately.

Day Two

Arrive in Athens, Greece
Transfer to Hotel

Day Three

Breakfast at hotel.
City Tour of Extraordinary Athens
Acropolis and Acropolis Museum, stroll through the ancient agora and view Aeropagos Hill.
Evening at your leisure

Day Four

Breakfast at hotel.
Transfer to Mykonos.
Transfer to hotel.
Explore Mykonos Town, Chora, with a guided walking tour through the twisting, whitewashed lanes built to confuse pirates.

Day Five

Breakfast at hotel.
Another breath-stealing morning and breakfast with a water-view, and choose to enjoy the day on your own OR
Ferry excursion to Delos: an economic epicenter and only island known as the birthplace of two ancient deities.
This island is an archeological settlement and has no inhabitants…actually no one can overnight there, other than on special occasions some archeologists, with permission from the appropriate ministries. A licensed tour guide will share the history and significance of Delos, as you explore the island held in such high esteem by ancient civilizations.
Evening at leisure.
Sleep in Mykonos.

Day Six

Breakfast at hotel.
By now you’re well into a Greek state of mind. It’s a full day at your leisure. Perhaps spend it at the beach or head back to Chora, see the remainder of island as you choose, take the water taxi to one of Mykonos’s famous beaches, or indulge in a traditional Mykonian cooking class? Your Insiders Tour Guide is always available to suggest or arrange any additional island excursions. You may just want to beach and vacation for the moment. Your choice.

Day Seven

Breakfast at hotel.
Checkout and transfer to port.
High-speed ferry to Santorini.
Make sure your camera is charged, because once the ship rounds the island of Ios, the views coming into the Caldera are surreal.
During transfer from port to hotel, a local guide will introduce unique attributes of the beautiful volcanic island, its history, and legends.
Sleep in Santorini.

Day Eight

Breakfast at hotel.
Full day private deluxe coach tour with local guide. (Don’t worry, it starts in the early afternoon-you have the morning to sleep or wander about.
Drive to highest point in Santorini for a view of the whole island. Experience a Santorini winery and museum.Traditional village visit, free time to sit at the square like a local or browse in the shops. Red Beach- the iron-rich cliffs are truly awe-inspiring. Venture to northern-most point of Santorini for the famous sunset in Oia, with free time to enjoy the prettiest streets and take loads of pictures by the famous Blue Domes.

Day Nine

Breakfast at hotel.
Make it a day of your Santorini dreams, by enjoying the picturesque island and its treasures at your leisure… then choose to join us on a
SUNSET DINNER CRUISE
- Early afternoon pickup for Sunset Dinner Cruise.
- Climb an active volcano.
- Swim in the hot sulfur springs.
- Watch the sunset from the Caldera.
- Return to hotel between 9:30-10:00
Sleep in Santorini.

Day Ten

Transfer to Athens.
Coach Tour of the Athenian Riviera.
Dinner at a local seaside taverna, weather permitting.
Sleep in Athenian Riviera.

Day Eleven

Morning transfer to Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport
*Some flights depart in the afternoon. An Insiders Tours leader will be available for a morning frappe, shopping, last minute sightseeing (there is no way to see everything on your first visit…trust us) and an early lunch. If you have chosen a stay-on tour, your tour leader will arrange for transfers.
