If you’re looking to experience the holiday spirit in New York City, this small group tour is for you!

Insiders Tours New York Holiday Odyssey offers a plethora of group activities, while leaving room to explore the magic of the city on your own. With either no or a low single occupancy supplement depending on date, this Odyssey is perfect for the solo traveler or the family which travels looking to spend the holiday with like-minded people or families gathering to create memories of a lifetime.

Arrive New York and step into a holiday oasis as you settle into the heart of the city in your room. Settle in to a wonderful hotel, minutes from Times Square and just off Fifth Avenue. Experience the magic of the lights and the bustle of the street, as you gather for a drink or hot chocolate…and maybe a slice too.

Then set off and explore the city so many movies have featured during in the Christmas and Holiday season. All details have been thought of by Insiders Tours, and you can choose to experience the top locales with an Insiders local or venture around the city and explore on your own.

Arrive NYC

Arrive NYC and Meet & Greet at hotel.
Hosted musical welcome dinner!
Times Square to Rockefeller Center Holiday Night.
The city skyline has evolved and changed in the past years, so the new view from the Top of the Rock will leave you breathless.

Day Two

Morning at leisure…
Stroll up Fifth Ave, hit the after-holiday sales, explore St Patrick’s Cathedral, attend mass, sip the coffee and enjoy the bagels
Make sure to enjoy the New York Moments! Slow it down and savor
Radio City Spectacular

Day Three

Three-hour Guided Exploration of Central Park
Lunch reservations at iconic locale by the Park
Entrance ticket for self-guided exploration of American Museum of Natural History

Day Four

Morning visit to St Nicholas National Shrine and 911 Memorial.
Cruise around the southern part of Manhattan for photo opportunities with Lady Liberty
Walk the Brooklyn Bridge
Reservations at a historic tavern…step into US living history with a deliciously spirited meal.

Day Five

Empire State Building Day!
Yes, it deserves its own day. This art deco building is an international cultural icon. It has been featured in more than 250 television series and films since the film King Kong was released in 1933. Experience the exhibits and enjoy the observatories of the architectural majesty which has been named one of the seven wonders of the modern world. The EBS is the ultimate symbol of New York City.
Then a visit to Macy’s in Herald Square, the world’s largest department store featured in numerous movies as well.
Lastly, we make our way to Little Italy for a festive farewell dinner.
Sing a Volare or two between twirls of spaghetti on your fork.

Day Six

Remember, checkout is by noon!
It’s not over yet…what else do you want to experience? What do you want to see? Are you lacing up those skates?
Where are you heading for that last NY coffee? Cafe down the street? Times Square? Central Park? Rockefeller Center? Little Italy?
Seriously, it’s your last day. We’re here to help and guide, but listen to your inner child and enjoy the magic of the holidays!
