It’s more than a retreat! Whole wellness is the goal of this week,  with focus with daily yoga sessions and planned group activities. 7 days/6 nights in the heart of Tuscany

• Stay in an apartment nestled in a traditional Tuscan Farmhouse, equipped with a kitchenette.
• Breakfast & daily lunch/dinner.
• Group transfer from Pisa International to farmhouse.
• Group transfer from farmhouse to Pisa International.
• You may choose to meet the group at farmhouse if you’d like to arrive from a different point in Italy.
• Experience Pisa/San Gimignano, local villages, and full day in Florence to visit Michelangelo’s David with a licensed archeological guide.
• Climb the Leaning Tower of Pisa
• Meander within the fortress walls of a Medieval ‘Manhattan’
• Traditional Cooking Class set in a winery
• Date with the David
• Traditional villages complete with castles, a family owned Pasta Factory, an Etruscan cheese cellar, and delicious macellerie… not to mention the stellar espresso spots
• Each dining choice is a celebration of local traditions
• Land excursions, entrance fees, and guide fees and gratuities are included
• This is your journey and your week for wellness.  While the Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano Cooking Class excursions are all included, we understand if you prefer to remain at the farmhouse.  Please RSVP for these excursions 60 days prior to the retreat.

Additional Activities, special  for Love-My-Yogi supporter guests:

1. Join an Insiders leader for an authentic experience in a neighboring city or village for lunch…offered on day of Silent Reflection and is included in the cost for non-yoga participants. 
2. Casciana Terme Natural Spa where the thermal baths with calcium and sulphate flow at a constant temperature of 37 ° C are the main attraction. Spa services as selected. 
3. Truffle Hunting…you get to eat and savor your valuable finds. This is offered at additional cost and must be arranged ahead of time.
4. Horseback riding…may be arranged directly upon arrival.
5. Mountain bike rentals available at farmhouse. We suggest prior reservation.
