Spend a week cocooned in the priceless fellowship of writing professionals in the Italian countryside. Work on the writing, fine-tune marketing skills and your publishing success.  Then let your muse out to explore the beauty of Tuscany and replenish the well of inspiration. This Write-In is not to be missed!

  • From $3,400 pp double occupancy, shared apartment

  • $4,400 single occupancy, own apartment* (one available, also available own bedroom/bathroom-shared apartment with 10% discount)

    Please note: this is an exclusive winery estate and not a hotel. The lodging options are different and vary. The entire estate and each of its unique apartments have been reserved for this retreat. Each apartment has  room 1 or two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable dining/living area, and each differs in decor and layout. They also have private patios or balconies, again all different in size. Once you register, you may request an upgrade to a single room with own bathroom, shared apartment or a single occupancy, entire apartment. (Extremely limited availability.)

Flexible Payment and Cancelation Schedule

  • $3,400 per person double occupancy. 
  • Booking deposit $250, fully refundable for 30 days.
  • Second payment of $750 is due by October 31st 2023. 
  • Final payment due August 1st 2024.  
  • You may arrange for payments on the balance to be paid prior to August 1, 2024.
  • Flexible cancellation policy: Cancel for any reason up to 30 days prior to retreat, 50% refund. Less than 30 days prior to retreat not eligible for refund.
  • Insiders Tours strongly recommends travel protection/insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
  • Due to airline suspensions and changes of flights, we suggest choosing flexible flight options.
  • Be sure to stay informed on any potential travel restrictions by checking official embassy links.  
  • Price may increase closer to the retreat and are depending upon international currency fluctuation
  • Space is extremely limited and we strongly recommend saving your spot as soon as possible. As such, review the early registration special of $250 deposit.
